You must not:

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

3. Payments and Subscription Plans

  • Users agree to pay fees based on their selected plan.
  • All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
  • Refunds are only available under specific circumstances outlined in our refund policy.
  • brainymonkey.ai reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

  • All AI models, software, and trademarks are the property of brainymonkey.ai.
  • Users retain ownership of their input data but grant us a license to process it.
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Limitation

  • The platform is provided on an „as-is“ and „as-available“ basis.
  • brainymonkey.ai is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
  • We make no guarantees regarding platform uptime, accuracy, or AI model performance.

Users assume all risks associated with AI-generated content and recommendations.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • A user violates these Terms.
  • The platform undergoes significant changes.
  • We are legally required to restrict service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts.
